The machine internals hot-melt tank, hoses, nozzles and spray heads must be cleaned periodically to fusion and anti-adherence properties of the products. When adhesives are mixed, reactions may occur between them, leading to degradation and subsequently causing problems during unloading in the direction of the pump. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the tank every time a switch is made to a different type of hotmelt or burnt material within the tank.
